Who we are. Azurion Labs ("Azurion", "we", "us"), Postfach 1145, 6301 Zug, Switzerland, is the controller of personal data collected through this website.

What we collect. We keep data collection minimal:

• Contact details you choose to send us (name, email, affiliation) when you write to us about research or corrections.
• Technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used solely for security and keeping the site running, retained for a short period.

How we use it. Only to respond to your messages, secure the website, and — if you explicitly agree — send publication announcements you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Sharing. We never sell personal data. It is shared only with our hosting provider under a data-processing agreement, or when required by law.

Your rights. Under the Swiss FADP and the EU GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. Write to privacy@azurion-labs.org. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), with access limited to the people who operate the site.

2. Website Terms

Scope. These terms govern use of the Azurion Labs website. By using the site, you accept them.

Content. All research notes, preprint summaries and courseware on this site are provided free of charge for educational and informational purposes. You may read, share and cite our work with attribution. Republication of full texts requires our written permission.

No services. This website offers no products, paid services, accounts, or subscriptions, and it is not a sales channel of any kind. Contact addresses are for research correspondence only.

Accuracy. We work carefully, but research evolves and errors happen. Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we may update or remove content at any time. Always verify critical details against the cited primary sources.

Acceptable use. You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse this website or its infrastructure.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Law. These terms are governed by Swiss law; venue is Zug, Switzerland.

3. Cookie Policy

This site uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies:

• Strictly necessary — security and delivery cookies required to serve the pages. Always on.
• Preferences — remembers choices such as display settings, if any are offered. Optional.

We do not use advertising, tracking, or cross-site cookies, and we do not run analytics on individual visitors. You can delete or block cookies via your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

4. Independence & Content Notice

What we are. Azurion Labs is an independent, non-commercial research group. Our work is funded by academic grants and unrestricted donations, which are disclosed in our annual report.

What we do not do. We do not sell products or services, we do not operate financial infrastructure, we do not custody or transact in any assets on behalf of anyone, and nothing on this website is a solicitation or endorsement of any kind.

Research integrity. Protocol security reviews are conducted without payment from reviewed projects, and preprint summaries reflect our own analysis regardless of outside opinion. Conflicts of interest, where unavoidable, are disclosed at the top of the affected publication.

Not advice. All content on this site is educational material about technology. Nothing here constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or any other professional advice, and no content should be relied upon when making financial decisions. References to any protocols, networks, or software are illustrative and imply no endorsement and no commentary on their suitability for any purpose.
